Latte hearts, getting 40 people on a bus to Lake Louise with no bear spray incidents, driving cross-country while sleeping in a tiny car, making 8 pad thais in one wok, slicing a kilogram of capicola really fast, camping, singing the alphabet backwards, remembering people’s birthdays, picnics, knowing where the [actually cool] restaurants are in the city you’re visiting, remembering your drink order, sneaking into hotel hot tubs, making very detailed Google Maps lists, making meal prep fun, building websites. I am an experienced backcountry tarot reader and court jester. Sometimes I’m a writer (I, II). Sometimes I speak French.

I’m bad at taking shots, swimming, calculus, dealing with spiders, and doing things I don’t really want to do.
I hate it when tomatoes feel like an afterthought on a sandwich. I think we have invented enough crossover pastries, also (looking at you, cronut).
